Bingo has been played within the walls of the historic Mt. Pleasant War Memorial Community Co-operative building on Main Street for decades. But it was in the late 1980’s that the Planet Bingo journey began, and the game of bingo in the province of B.C. was changed forever!
Planet Bingo, a not-for-profit bingo facility operated by the Community Gaming Management Association, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Rep/Cashier to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for sales of Bingo and lottery products. Customer Service Rep duties include providing excellent customer service, sales of bingo/lottery products to patrons, and troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries.
We are looking for flexible applicants possessing good people skills who will be comfortable working in a ‘live’ gaming environment. Previous experience in a bingo or casino facility is an asset. The successful candidate will need to be available to work days, nights and weekends. There will be opportunities to train in additional positions.

We have approximately 25 paid staff members who concentrate on building loyalty and value for our customers, charities, business partners, and communities.
